Welcome to the Argyle Fans’ Trust web site!
The most important news this week has been the announcement by the Green Taverners that the accelerated payments to staff have been completed. Massive kudos to the GTs for the selfless way they have tirelessly gone about the business of raising the money to ensure all the non-playing staff have now been paid everything owed from the Club’s administration. And of course a massive thanks also to the fans who have rallied around the GTs events to make it all possible.
The Argyle youth team is again taking part in the Milk Cup this year. You can help the trip by sponsoring a player for £50, in return for which you get a signed ball and attendance at a special fundraisers meeting with Kevin Hodges in the GT Suite.
The charity cycle ride from Oxford to Plymouth grows ever nearer, with the 220-mile journey being completed between 9th-12th April. The AFT would like to thank Tesco Express for their donation of high-energy food and drink for the riders.
The Trust’s fans’ survey on the issue of stadium ownership has shown strong support for the stadium to remain in public/community hands. The Trust is in the process of speaking to the Club and the PCC about the results, and how we can ensure the fans’ wishes are met.
