The Trust operates by Rules based on a Model set originally provided by Supporters Direct, who subsequently merged with the Football Supporters’ Association.
These Rules were first updated in 2011 and adopted by the Trust at its General Meeting in June 2012, updated at the Trust’s 2019 AGM, and then updated again at the 2023 AGM (to follow the 2022 Model Rules as supplied by the Football Supporters’ Association):
