AFT 2021 AGM Registration Form

If you are planning to attend the 2021 AFT AGM, please complete the following form.

By completing the form, you will help us more readily verify your membership status, you will also be able to vote in advance on the three formal matters to be approved at the AGM. As explained on the 20 21 AGM info page, you will also have the opportunity to win a prize by attending on the night, and to use your skill and judgement of Argyle’s on the pitch prowess to win a special prize by predicting the correct score of the Argyle v Wigan match on Saturday 27th November (if more than one person gets the score correct, one winner will be drawn).

After filling in the form, you will be emailed the Zoom details to join. Please join in advance of 7.30pm so we can make a prompt start. If you do not receive your Zoom details before the event please email secretary@argylefanstrust.com.

I approve the AFT 2020/21 accounts presented at the meeting (available on the AGM event page)

I approve the AFT disapplying its requirement for a full financial audit for the next financial year (we have always done this being well below the threshold by which we're eligible to do so, and the cost of a full audit being a four figure sum)

I approve of the appointment of the three new board members who were unopposed in our Board Election (Virginia Pike, Roger Willis and Susan Clark)
