The Argyle Fans’ Trust welcomes the arrival of six new players in the January transfer window, and looks forward to manager John Sheridan working with the new recruits to build a team that can begin to play good, attacking football and start moving up the table.
We wish Ronan Murray, Guy Branston, Gozie Ugwu, Anthony Charles, Reuben Reid and the latest addition Jason Banton every success in their time with Argyle.
With the transfer window now shut, and a new manager and many new players with us, we urge supporters to come to Home Park and give the team every encouragement against Dagenham and Redbridge. There are 17 games left for Argyle to rescue the season – every voice shouting the lads on will make a difference! Come along, bring a friend or two, and let’s do everything we can to help the new team start off with three points on Saturday.
The Trust would also like to express its thanks to the players who have left us, who gave 100% while in a green shirt but for whatever reason their stay here didn’t quite work out. All the best to Darren Purse, Joe Lennox, Robbie Williams and Rhys Griffiths, as well as youngsters Jordan Copp and Jed Harper-Penman.
