Election Documents

You can download and view the following documents that explain the election and election process, including nomination forms in two different Word formats.

[Note: the AGM date mentioned in these documents has been changed from Thu 30 Nov to Wed 29 Nov to avoid a clash with the Club’s Fans’ Forum event.]

The Election Management Group (EMG)

The role of the Election Management Group (EMG) is to ensure that the election is run in accordance with the AFT’s Election Policy. In order to maintain the integrity of the election process, the Chair of the EMG is an independent person who is not a member of the Trust, and members of the EMG are not eligible to nominate candidates nor be a candidate themselves.

The EMG was appointed by a vote of the Trust Board members, as follows:

  • Neil Le Milliere, independent EMG chair
  • Tim Chown, AFT Secretary

To contact the EMG, you can email the EMG chair at neil_le_milliere@btinternet.com or call on 07946 615889.

Report of the EMG – Election Process Outcome

With two nominations received, there will be no election held, and both candidates will be presented to be affirmed at the AGM on 26th November (previously scheduled for 30th November).
